I know my shortcomings and knee-jerk reactions are one part of my M.O. I'm trying extremely hard to work on. With that being said I wanted to present this to you and find out where you stand on this. An appeals Court in Atlanta rejected John Hithon's discrimination claim.
It would seem that a supervisor using the term boy when referring to a man...if used ambiguously enough isn't a discriminatory practice - even when your supervisor is white and only refers to black men as boys. But like I said...maybe it's just me.
