Popeye's Very Own Google Doodle

Not only is Google a power house search engine that probably knows more about me than I know about myself....but they know the most random trivia too!

Today's Google doodle is in honor of Elzie Crisler Segar....I know! Who the hell is or was that? Well, thanks to Google, I discovered that Segar was the cartoonist that brought us one of the most loved characters of my childhood, Popeye, the sailor man.

Segar was born today back in 1894. Happy 115th birthday dude! And thanks for the great memories.
