Google Wave.....Ok, Now What?

I finally took the time to check my email and discovered I had received an invite to "ride" the Google Wave. It all looks completely Greek to me. I'm sure once I find the time to really check out some of the links and add a few contacts things will start looking a bit clearer. Here's a screen shot of the Wave -
