Anybody Wanna Sell Some Fail-proof Resolutions?

Well guys...looks like we're gonna make it. As a dear friend of mine put it "A decade that started with Y2K has ended with WTF!"

The first decade of the new millennium has been filled with an assortment of memories for me. Some will be cherished forever and others will need the services of a psychotherapist to unhinge from the deep creases and crevices of my mind.

One thing will be different for me this time. I refuse to resolve to change one thing about my life (unless someone out there has a bargain basket filled with fail-proof resolutions they're selling....at a discount, of course).

Change is good and whether we realize it or not....happens almost on it's own. I've just found that announcing some bogus resolution for the sake of keeping with tradition leaves me holding a bag I can't always live up to.

Hell...two weeks into this month I'll probably have forgotten what I resolved to do in the first place. So, I'm just going to take one day at a time and live each day to the fullest....good, bad or indifferent.

Life's a journey - learning to enjoy the ride and slowing down when necessary for occasional pit stops is all a part of it.

Happy New Year my dear friends! Here's to many many many more.

CHEERS!!!
